If they fail the test, they are listed on the Non-Conforming Driver lists.
Quick point to note here. Some suppliers of cheap knock-offs proudly proclaim their drivers are conforming pointing to the fact that their drivers are not on the non-conforming lists. That simply means they haven't submitted their clubs for testing. If a club conforms, it's on the conforming list. If a club isn't on the non-conforming list, it isn't necessarily conforming.
